I dont want to gain alot of muscle but I want to have a nice tone body. Is it okay if I take whey protein after my worksouts? Ive been actualy taking it for 2 months now. I gone down alot of weight. And seen more muscle and getting skinier. But I want to make sure that I wont end up bulking in muscle taking whey. Thanks in advance!

Taking Protein does build muscle but if you take lower amounts then reccomended and do plenty of cardio it will help tone you. So keep taking it and work out and run.
