Five years? Dang dude. It could be that you have alot of nurves grouped together in one place. Because the head of the penis is the most sensitive part of the hang down. Instead of all the nerves being spread apart all around the penis, you have them in one spot, and when squeezed, it pinches them. But hey dude, if it was me I wouldn't take any chances, I would see a doc. I wouldn't want it to be something serious and my dong falls off.lol And if your embarassed because it might be a lady doc, ask for a male doc, think about it as many naked bodies as doctors have seen, you probably won't be to different. And if there is no choice and it is just a woman doc, if you get a stiffy, just apologize, doc's know that males can't control erections, and thats science.

It depends on how hard you squeeze it. In my experience, penises will withstand very hard squeezes without discomfort; but if this is not true for you, I suggest you see a doctor.
