Taking creatine and anxiety?

I have anxiety, im have a physc. but im thinking about taking creatine, ive taken it before but only for a few weeks, im 16 male, but i know creatine raises blood pressure because it makes u drink more water and when ur body takes in more water ur blood pressure rises..that means my heart could pump faster and my anxiety could increase right? So should i start taking creatine again?

Sorry, dude, it doesnt mean your heart pumps faster, although I think your BP will rise. Your heart pumps blood to provide oxegenated blood to your organs and muscles. The more oxegen in the blood the less your heart needs to pump . by simple reasoning .. the more oxegenated blood there is surrounding muscle tissue the more oxegen is provided to them and the less fatigued you are by exercise.

My personal exerience is that creatine does NOT increase anxiety... and I can assure you the workout reduces mine.
I do not know how heavy your anxiety is ... but when I am pressured or feel anxiety, drinking water will help me calm down.

More water take, your blood get thinner, meaning less red blood cells and in order to deliver same amount of oxygen, yes your hard will pump harder. However should not be that much harder.

Try to force yourself to drink more water without taking creatine for a week or so and if drinking more water actually affect your body.
