Why do I other own no vigour?
I have no vim to do anything; I don't stay home all hours of daylight of course, I walk to school (grad school) every light of day and work part-time but do so grudgingly beside no energy surrounded by my activities at adjectives.
I eat immensely healthy, no second-hand goods foods at all and excercise 3 days a week. I steal also centrum multivitamins daily. I'm within perfect robustness as far as I know, and I don't ever get sick (well conceivably a cold every couple of years).
I don't drink any caffeine.
I'm not depressed, just other have no perkiness.
What's wrong with me?
Answers: in good health i would think it would be the thyroid but u are not depressed so i am not sure what it would be. Go to doc and rob blood work that might find it.
Are you anemic? Do you get adequate iron in your diet? Your multi-vitamins may not enjoy enough iron.
Otherwise, I would see a doctor, as this is not 'normal' for a 23-year-old man who eat healthy and exercises regularly!
Rut. Find something you love doing to pump you up. Something phisical would be moral. You'll find you have vim to do things you love to do and the enthusiasm will cary over into whatever else you do.
expurgate:
I just read the iron update: You shouldn't be taking iron. That will screw near your liver because iron accumulates within men. You may have found your trouble. BTW, for a while caffeine never hurt anyone. Coffee has tons of anti-oxidants and 2-3 cups is upright for you.
you have to hold some fat, and carbs contained by your diet to be healthy. i go through not eating rotund or carbs and i was so tired.
