It is not an effective form of birth control.
If you only use pulling out, then chances are your wife will get pregnant. The only time pulling out is really a good idea, is if you are already using another form of birth control, and just want a little extra protection.
Remember the pill is not really a synthetic drug. It is a pill that contains hormones (usually estrogen and or progesterone) that her body would have created at one stage or another anyway. Its just giving it to her and a different time so that she cannot get pregnant.
My advice would be either get ready for a baby, or find another form of birth control to use with pulling out.

Pulling out wont work. A small amount comes out before you orgasm and who wants to pull out at the best part? A friend of mine at work got his wife pregnant by trying this way. maybe you should get a vasectomy? I got it done about 8 years ago and its not as bad as people make it out to be.,
very few times would i take medicine for ANYTHING (only medcine id take regularly r painrelievers for headaches that i know if i take more than 4 days to consult a doctor and the other time for my mentrual cramps), i understand why not condoms
i agree with the guy with the vasecomy done and also u cant try to time her ovalation with your love making too - if that doesnt appeal to u, then u can pull out before u finish and then just finish and afterwards u can 'clean out' your wife by oraling her
