Answers: age is not fairly the specification that we are trying to define your body near. how about your body type, are you short, elevated, medium increase. are you a narrow individual, or do you own broad shoulders. let me dispense you an example. i am roughly 6 foot tall, a authoritarian individual, 33 inch waist, weighing roughly 145 lbs. Ive get a metabolism that would surprise you. don't worry more or less it until your doctor tells you that you enjoy a problem. obesity is sometimes visible, and often unobserved, but never the less...... you are purely too young to be concerned almost that at this point. you still have time to grow up and put to accommodate some of the weightiness.
i heard a number years ago for a rough totalling, on a weight to plane figure. for every inch elevated you are you should weigh roughly 3 pounds. so as i mentioned before, at 68.5 inches elevated, i should weigh about 204 BUT I DONT. this be a rough figure. but just an example.
