This is normal but there are excersizes to help improve shooting and help acheive better orgasm... I think its called Kegel Excercises... It is contracting that muscle that you use to hold urine in. To find this muscle, stop your urine sometime when your peeing. Just contract this (many times until you want to rest it) when your sitting around, noone can tell your doing it

I sometimes drip, sometimes shoot.I find that if the time where I am just about to c*m lasts a long time I shoot so hard it nearly hits the ceiling (when you feel you are about to c*m, stop what you're doing then start again slowly like 10 secs after and repeat the stop-and-go process to make that feeling last longer)
