the changes are:
1.i think too much for a small thing
2.if i had enemy nature with one person, i think more of it(but i don't think more with tension in normal days)
3. even a slight negative thing(bad thing) in my life enriches at that time. that means, i think more and more about my past unfortunate incidents, unliked people
4.that means, i think lot and lot till i get headache, and i judge it with high difficulty. but again the though of bad incidents comes to my mind. i cant stop
5.i always scare how it will be if a certain person(bad) do like this to me. what i have to do. how to handle the situation. and so on.
and 6.headache like, but not headache it was
7.back pain
8.feeling low confidence
9.getting angry
10.feeling like falling body personality,etc

The problems you listed get nothing to do with masturbation. Maybe you have others problems as stress, dissatisfaction or some psychological matter. Anyway if you just think that masturbation makes worse the situation try to do without it for some days and then see.. often it only is a (unmotivated) link!

I recommend finding something positive you can do to help others, like a volunteer service you can do in your spare time, maybe on Saturdays. 1. don't worry touching your self is not harmful
2. don't keep quite say what you like, don't stop talking positively.
3. get busy.
4. join a fitness gym,or any healthy activity.
5. masterbation is good for your health but 1ce a week.
