Do yourself a favor and get professional medical advice. This is probably an important part of your body and you should take good care of it, that is if you are planning to use it in the future.
Testicular pain, or any pain in one or both sides of the scrotum (sac that holds the testicles), should be taken seriously. Pain in the scrotum can occur in males of any age, including newborns. The testicles, or testes, are the two male reproductive glands that produce sperm. These glands are very sensitive and even a minor injury can cause pain or discomfort. Many types of testicular or scrotal pain need medical attention.
Its called "Blue Balls". This occur when the muscles in the testes are constricted to hard and therefore they are sore. Its like lifting weights and you are sore afterwords.same thing, your testes are over-worked so as a result they are sore. But to make sure, go see a Doctor and make sure its not sickness or anything.
It would be best that you be evaluated by your Doc. It could be something minor or not.
