Could someone tell me an actual way to lose wieght?

i mean like a way that u exercise and u eat right kinna way no pills involved anywhere, could u tell me the kinds of food to eat.

It's a matter of burning calories. Modern society has allowed for an easy life, physically easy and so you have to go out of your way to burn calories, so you have to walk or run, vigourously, and burn more calories than you take in. Combine that with weight training for increased effect. Then also deal with what you eat. You have to eat low fat and keep the calories as low as possible. Most people are ok if they would just stop the soft drinks, sugar drinks, and fast food, AND realize that the typical serving people eat today is about three times as much as you actually need. Make a fist, thats how big your stomach is. Try eating a small portion, like you might get at a fancy restuarant, wait twenty minutes and you will see. It takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain you've had enough to eat, but most people today won't wait for that, they just keep eating and then overeat, add too many calories, don;'t exercise (burn calories) and then whala, they are fat.
Calorie intake low and exersize high. Make sure you keep track of the junk food and regular sodas. eat good and smart not junk and stupid
