I don't know of an exact #, but I guess it would be directly proportional to the amount of time one spends alone in a week.
"normal' is different for each person, but once a day is probably a safe number.
For a male, I'd guess 5-8 times if not regularly sleeping with anyone.
For a female, maybe 2-3 times average.
as much as they want, its healthy and aslong as it doesnt interfere with your job or school work theres never too much, i believe its good to take a break for a few days or a week tho it cant be good for your state of mind to do it too often
Everyone is different. Some people out there don't masturbate at all, and are not sexually active. Some are sexually active and still find themselves masturbating several times a day. And still others may do it once a week, once a day, or even just once a month. Everyone is different.
Personally, I might do it once a month, if that.

There's no fixed number of times for that! We aren't all equal and your need and characteristic will be different from mine most probably. Anybody has to act as he feels naturally just according to his need and satisfaction. As usual, then the common sense & balance should prevent any binge, though during the youth need is different and stronger than old age.

i do it this way because i have to go to school and i want to do good.
and i recomend you do it that way too be cause after not doing it for 4straight days makes me do it and enjoy it alot more!!it just feels much better that way(4 me)
