you , mirror, naked... squeeze the muscles as if you are going to pee /poo feel it tense then release. the muscles in your entire pelvic area squeeze then release. you should see the penis move even a little.. just practice. a lot... you can tell if your doing it right you will feel muscles ya didnt know about before. after time you can do it on command without trying...it should never be painful. it feels like a regular workout, just with the happy places instead of biceps...
It's easy! Pretend you're about to **** y ourself. Then STOP IT!
The next time you stand & go pee? Squeeze your butt cheeks together to the point that you actually stop your stream of pee. If you can successfully stop your pee stream, you're using the right muscles.
They will cause discomfort next day.
