True story: When I was in 6th grade a boy in my class was 6' tall. In 7th grade he was 6'1"; 8th grade he grew to 6'2", and it continued every year until we graduated from high school, when he was 6' 6". I don't know what happened after that, but it sounds like you are on a similar track. Just cut out junk food and eat very well. Usually men stop growing at 18, but they can continue growing until they are 24.
it's highly likely guys stop officially growing at age 21 so you could really shoot up from now until then. so yes it is possible, and i would say likely too.
