im a 15 yr old male and i think ive got gynaeconastia but it doesnt look bad because ive built muscle on my chest but the area round my nipple goes fat but if i go outside in the cold they go normal. iam scared to take my top off in hot wether with friends especially if girls are there incase they laugh or something could someone please help ive had these wsince i was 13 or 14 and its really getting to me :( thanks

If this really worrying you , consult your GP . At your age it could be possible to provide some hormone treatment to rectify.
Not all chests look the same and you may be unnecessarily worrying , so again your GP will help

Talk to your folks about how you feel and then you should consult your doctor and get his diagnosis. After that, if there is any procedure to be taken, you need to involve your parents as they will have to give consent since you are under 18.
