That is exactly what I do. I use Whey for my morning shakes and Casein at night along with a good diet and exercise 5-6 days per week. I find with the Casein being consumed at night, I don't feel as "starved" when I wake up in the morning.
well its good to do that but atleast 1 hour before you go to bed.
Eat normally.
