The answer to this question only comes with age. The older you get the weirder the places the pimples occur gets. If it is pore it can be clogged, it you sweat through it, it will probably be clogged at some point in time.

Any place on the body with hair follicles. So that would be a 'no' to palms on your hands, bottoms of your feet (e.i. the part that you walk on), and your lips (on your face). I can not think of anywhere else that's exempt.
