Dude, I swear to god I posted this same question like an hour ago. Mine hurts when I stand up or walk, but not when I sit down. I went to a doctor and he said my right nut is infected, and that it's common among teenage males. He gave me some antibiotics. Keep in mind, I didn't get kicked or anything like that. If your symptoms are similar, go see a doctor, man.
You wear boxers or loose underware? If your 'hanging' around all day you may need more support. Or it could be CANCER!
Okay, yer gonna get some curly answers to this question and I just wanna stick my hand up and say I know what you are takking bout. cause to kill a mockingbird would jus be cheating, YKWIM?

Describe the pain. Tough it out. If it lasts, you know you got somethin on y hands. Doc says: I know you bin ** youself crazy, so let loose. No more winter thermal wear, okay?? No more eating beef and meat, cause they cause lumps and lesions, KWIM?
ask your doctor about it.. But luckily I am a nursing students. and beyond the circumstances I can give a little theory.. well. testicles hurt usually because of irritation or sometimes by fillariasis.. not to make it long.. ahm.. I think you'll die a few minutes after this..
