The most ironic and i must say 'stupid' point to happen to me within recent times....I was reading give or take a few hernias('cause i heave wieghts) and I saw a couple of hernia pics tht got me shocked...so I thought why not try to revision my lifting pattern...the subsequent day I tried to pull a 60 lbs wight and did it wrong...as a result I pulled something just above tht procession u see in a guy...below his 6 pack...it's on my front side....few weeks on It still hasen't stopped paining...it pains ONLY when I lift weights and if i sleep unusual and get up surrounded by a morning.....is this a hernia?? or have I pulled something tht'll progress away with time...I'm a masculine 5 '7" 23 years old and consignment 155 lbs
