Exercise... when you do eat late, make sure you're not eating fatty foods (pizza...etc.) - Be sure to drink plenty of water as well.
eat healthy when you get out of work, eating late doesn't always have to be bad.
basically to loose weight and keep it off.
eat healthy& exercise everyday.
eat clean - stay away from processed food. eat low fat. make sure you do not cut down on protein - in fact kick it up a notch - you don't want to loose muscle, just the extras. jog and lift weights. above all, eat unhealthy one day a week (pizza, burgers, etc). the biggest reason for diets failing is your body craves the foods you're used to. spoil yourself once a week (within moderation), and you should be on the right track.
well if you have been thin before and you recently put on weight then just eliminate what you added before you got fat. but if you have been big your whole life then you are pretty much screwed!!! jk you can flip your life lifestyle to a very active one and give it time and less food and you will get there soon enough. if you lose to much to quickly you will go back even quicker but be worse. i guess you could say that you have to evolve yourself thin, just like us Americans evolved into fat lazy creatures. think about that it makes sense. oh and by the way if you are a mom and you blame your weight on the kid a year later you are not fooling anyone get active its not the kids fault it is yours cause you don't make yourself get up and GO!
Exercise, water and Power-pops. Power-pops are a lollipop that helps suppress your appetite, gives you energy, burns fat and calories... without CHANGING YOUR DIET OR EXERCISE ROUTINE...They really work, and taste good,... people lose an average of 4 #s a week. What better way to lose weight and eating candy... Let me know if you would like to try a sample, I will send you one...

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.
