I don't think you are allergic to his ejaculation. There is probably another reason for your stomach problems. If this happens again you might consider what else did you have to eat or drink before sleep.

First, it's semen, not "penis milk". And second, I doubt that you're allergic to it, though it's possible I guess. Women tend to be "wired" not to like the taste, but that doesn't seem to be the case with you. If you're really allergic to it, you might better have a doctor confirm that before you plan on having any babies with your bf.
