no it is not bad. it will tighten everything up (if you are a girl) and if you are sexually active that will make it A LOT more pleasurable for your partner.
it's good-the older you get the lazier those muscle get. I lift and run-they get a lot of excercise, but a male that just sits all day should work them alot!
