It's totally normal, and very common in teenagers, for there to be bumps, pimples, or different-colored spots on the penis. They might look a little gross, but there's nothing to be ashamed of and you can't really do anything about them. Bumps on the penis may be a form of acne or may occur where new hairs are starting to grow. We recommend not focusing so much on what may be wrong with your penis — most likely, everything about it is just fine. Instead, try to accept your penis as it is: an amazing part of your body that can provide you with huge amounts of pleasure for a lifetime.
it could be just a pimple so calm down. if you are a virgin then most likely it is nothing to be worried about such as std's. or if you shave your pubic area it might be irritation from the razor blade (shaving bumps). most likely it is just a pimple so dont worry, your fine.
lol-it's probably ingrown hairs-you'll have hair on your shaft as you grow youngin-I shave my shaft-and my ears these days! LOLOL!!
If it bothers you squeeze them.

ok if they are pimples. you will need to deal with them. they might just be birthmarks and you will have them...nothing you can do
Ah, to be 14 again! Don't worry young man about pimples on your penis. I take that your not sexually active yet, so I will not talk about S.T.D.'s As the other answers have stated, you will bet acne on many different locations through out your body. Try to keep a rule that if the bumps do not get smaller or go away in a week or so, go to a doctor about it. Or just tell your Dad and see what he thinks about it. Good luck and be good to your pecker, it can do amazing things from creating life to giving you many hours of pleasure through out your life time.
