keep trying im in the same situation so just keep doing what your doing maybe change your eating habits try stuff like dry fruit fat free stuff you know
you need to do lots of cardio workout and eat healthy. NO JUNK FOOD OR FATTY FOODS!
I did the same thing ,now i gave up its OK to be heavy if you work out everyday, and remember mussel eats fat, so forget the diet but keep working out, and you will be one big fit looking guy.
I was also in the same boat, i wanted my doctor to help me and he said that i was not trying hard enough. When people say that you are not trying it is really discouraging. So i decided to see a weight specific doctor. The diet that she put me on included: getting a vitamin B12 shot once a month and taking phentermine one time a day (a small pill) it is an appetite suppressant and helps you to burn calories. The shot gives you energy and helps you have the drive to exercise. When i first visited the doctor June 12 i weighed 149 when i went back on July 11 i weighed 125. It is easier when you are losing weight because it is encouraging. Good luck.
Have you been to the doctors to have your Thyroids checked? as having a low working thyroid will make you put on weight and is really really hard to shift it. 1 little blood test will let you know.
Hope you work something out, but at the end of the day its whats inside that counts :o)
I promise this diet works

I am so happyjust eat a good breakfast. Studies indicate that a good breakfast every morning helps people lose weight. Switch to cheerios and look around for weight loss tea. If you can't find any, decaffeinated will do. Caffeine puts tonnage on.
The fact is the older you are the harder you will find it to lose weight. Exercise pretty regularly. Don't worry, and mood have an effect,so be happy. Ginko Biloba has the effect, (and yes it's cleared with the governmental studies) of having a mood enhancer. Unless you are on blood thinners or take aspirin, I recommend you take it. I do and am losing weight. I am very hard to lose weight, and my mood has improved. I am relatively happy, content, and more outgoing. My metabolism too, seems to be improved. Be careful, you could gain the weight back in the first two weeks to a month.
keep goin 2 the gym and dont eat fatty foods x
dont eat and work out more

[that is the answer thatmy mind first thinks of having an ed]
what i really mean is:::::::::::::::::
if your body knows that you are going to be burning off all that energy it will store the fat immediatly .. try to cut down your food intake a little bit and work out less.. your body will think it is only burning a little bit and then you should shock it again .. by upping the excersice again.. the key to weeight loss is change ..
surprise your body
hope this has helped :)

I've got to ask, what is your BMI? Burning 1,600 calories a day is rediculous, you must be really obsessed.
Eat balanced meals, exercise regularly (and I think the amount you are doing is actually overkill - even when I weighed a hell of a lot I could only burn 1,000 calories in a gym visit) and if you are overweight, it should reduce, unless you have a medical reason to not lose weight, in which case you should see a doctor.
That's a hell of a lot of calories to be burning in one day, my friend! Thats about 3/4's of your daily recommended allowance. Are you sure thats right? You also didn't mention how long you've been training for.
You mention how you eat a sensible breakfast, dinner and tea. Have you shown your gym instructer your diet? His opinion might surprise you. Another reason could be that you are not eating enough individual meals. I've been training in the gym myself for the past 5 weeks and I've lost 10 lbs. I have 6 sensible meals a day. This diet was given to me by my gym instructer. If you eat 5 or 6 times a day your body will have to work harder to digest and metabolise (turn food into energy) this constant flow of food. If you add regular exercise at least 3 days a week then you should have no problem. Your body will teach itself to be more efficient in digestion and metabolism. People can and do lose weight with this method.
Are you also lifting weights? Some people who lift weights notice an increase in weight and presume its fat when in fact its muscle. Next time your at the gym, ask someone there to measure your body fat levels. You can test this by using calipers (they look like a pair of pliers that pinch areas in your body and take measurements) or using a small portable machine that sends a weak electrical pulse through your body. Continue training and test it again in a months time. If your still not losing weight, talk to your doctor.
Eat small meals 5 or 6 times a day.
Regular exercise 3 days a week.
3 litres of water a day.
Include 5 pieces of fruit in your diet every day.
Patience.
As long as your otherwise, a healthy individual, it can't fail.
running
The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.
