New Diet for football?


Question:
I'm 15 yrs old 5'5 120 lbs. and going into the 9th grade and i'm goin out for corner wishing to become a runnung back but need to become faster stronger and bigger. My best 40 time is 4.6 seconds would love to get it down to a 4.4. My bench is only 120 lbs. want it at least to 150 lbs. my clean is 170 lbs. needs to become 200 lbs. and my squat is good at 200 lbs. but like it to be 250 lbs. I would love to some how become taller. Can some one plz help me.

i don't know how tall your parents's are, so have no sound answer for you. but i can give you some advices. many kind exercises such as playing basketaball are very useful for growning taller.
