What a bunch of crap. It's just dried ejaculate in the urethera. Take a leak as soon as possible after getting off to wash it out before it dries and blocks things up. No big deal.
Stop masturbating every day. You are causing problem in your psyche! The reason you can't pee is because there is a valve in your body that only lets semen or pee come out, not both at the same time. After the semen comes out it takes a bit to reset it. Pain is a different issue, call the Doctor, there should not be any pain.
Sounds like a urinary tract infection to me...you should see a doctor. You may need antibiotics to clear it up. Don't ignore the problem... or the symptoms might keep getting worse.

Dude I don't think that is the only problem you have and I think it is bad and you need to go to the Doctor as soon as you can because didn't your parents ever tell you that doing that can make you blind.I am no Doctor but from what you are telling us I think you need to tell your parents what is going on and get them to take you to a Dr. right away.
