Yellow dots on my penis?

Question:

hi everyone, i am 15 years old and for the last few years ive had these yellow-white dots on my penis. most are under the skin but some near the surface in which u can squeeze out like zits.
im a virgin and have i am clean for std/sti. SO what exactly are these? WIll they go away eventually? What should i do to make them go away faster? Are these in any way bad against my health? thx all

It probably engrown hairs, but to be safe have your stuff checked out

More than likely those are milia, which is a buildup of dead skin cells and oil under the skin. If the area is kept very clean and dry they will eventually go away, but if they bother you, you can see a doctor or a dermatologist about it.
