I am 15 1/2 and have facial hair. I shave about 1-2 times a week. I get it all around my face, but not thick yet tho but it is all around but kinda thin but dark. I was just was wondering if this means I will stop growing.

If that were true then my friend would have stopped growing in 6th grade at 5'0" he is now 6'3" so you dont have anything to worry about. Your possibility to grow wont end till roughly 21 years of age.
