When will my son start getting armpit hair?

He will get it when he gets it. No one can predict when.

So what? I'm 15, 6 feet and I have very little arm pit hair. Maybe its genetics or maybe our puberty process is different. I had pubes since I was 13 and a half.
A father would already know the answer to this question. You don't have to be an adult to ask questions here, just being a male or knowing one is close enough. You normally start getting armpit hair (axillary hair) around 15, some younger, some older, some a lot, some not much. I'd be surprised if even half of 13 year olds had any significant armpit hair, let alone "all" of them. Of all the things to lay awake nights worrying about, this one should be at the bottom of the list.
