How can I lose my stomach?
Question:

what about reverse crunches for lower abs?... Lie on your back and you can do the reverse crunches with you knees bent rolling toward your chest... or you can also do them with your legs fully extended 90 degrees and imagine that a string is pulling your legs to the ceiling while you lift your hips. Great for the lower abs...
You could also get into the full push-up position and just hold your body like a plank while you arms are fully extended... Just to maintain that position for a long time would require you to tighten you ab muscles and that'll tone them...
This shouldn't kill you bad back... but you can also get into a plank on you side... right arm extended to support your whole body weight at the top... with you right arm being the shorter leg of the right triangle, and your whole body being the hypoteneuse of the triangle. then raise your left arm into the aiar and curl it downward in front of you as if you are wrapping your left arm around a ball making a scooping motion. That also works the abs. Then you do the same on the left side with you left arm supporting your body...
Hope this helps!
have a surgeon put you to sleep and then cut your stomach and surrounding organs out, you will die but your stomach will be gone.
perhaps you could donate it
Really, all fat is treated the same on your body. The more calories you burn, the more your body needs to take from it's stored calories (fat.) Crunches will burn some calories, but the main purpose of crunches is to tone your abdominal muscles.
To lose the excess fat, try a combination of weight lifting (putting strain on your muscles for short periods of time. This will help them tone and they will burn calories even after you're done working out!) and aerobic workouts. Do upper body some days and lower body others (for weightlifting.)
If you do lower body that day, refrain from running or other aerobic exercises that involve the legs, which brings me to aerobic work outs. These will burn the main of your calories. Run, run, run! Stay away from treadmills, as they're bad on the knees. Do sets of sprints some days, and distance others. I prefer running, but there're other options for aerobic workouts.
That's about it. Go to your local fitness center and get a plan from them. The most important thing is to STICK WITH IT! The easiest way to do this is to be on a routine. Go three days a week at least (7 is better :P.) Also, stick in some fun stuff in between. Treat yourself to a hot tub or spa after one of your workouts. Do some rock climbing or swimming or other fun activity.
Hope this helps, and good luck losing that gut!
