How to build muscles fast, within 1 month?


Question:
I am 16, 5'8'' and weighs about 140 lbs. I have been to the gym for like 1 month already and this month is my FINAL attempt to get super cut abs and a "sexy" but buffed chest shoulder and arms, I jog/run for about 1 hour each morning since 3 days ago(does this still mean I need to do cardio at the gym??) but I got to admit I kinda have a bit poor of diet so now I am willing to take supplements that burns fat and at the same time Gives me strength, endurance and recovery, any suggestions? I need help, SERIOUSLY! Anything that you could suggest, oh and by the way I could do 3 sets of 30 push ups, and I could do 30 sit ups in 41 seconds but still it seems to be covered with fat and it is a bit round

1 month is probably not long enough.

You talk as if you want the cut body but are too lazy to do the things you need to do to get one.

The best way for building muscle is to do 3 sets of 6 maximal exertions. Which means that 3 times a day you have to contract your muscles maximally ie. against a force 6 times after each other. Complemented with a decent diet, this boosts your muscles greatly.

Alternate this excercise with endurance training by making many lighter contractions.

There is no need for supplements and I strongly discourage these because they are not as effective as a disciplined timetable of how to work out.

The 1 hour jogging everyday is great and is one of the best ways to get that fat down. Alternate jogging with sprinting sessions, and I suggest to go swimming once a week as well.

There is no need for supplements once you start a decent diet!!
