it's probably a psycological response to a visual stimulant, like they say your heart beats faster when you are excited or scared. it's your brain that's telling you that physically you have a postive response to seeing this girl. And if you would seriously want to start something with her be brave and say something to her.
That's being rather iffy.
you make us seem hornier than we are. we don't get a "stiffy" from just looking, at least not all of us. some of us need actual stimulation or at least a promise.
