Question:
i am 15 yr old male and 5 foot 1 and weight 10 st 3 and deciding to change my appearance for after i return to school from summer holidays. i want to get rid of the tummy and the main fat that is not meant to be on my body.right now i am only doing 30 minutes of cardio on my lateral stepper and about 7.00pm i do weight training for 45 minutes everyday. i do 3 light sets to warm up and 3 heavy sets 8-10 reps and 30 sit-ups. the only protein i get is milk mixed with nesquik powder and 2 boiled eggs in the morning without the yoak . i only eat 1500 calories a day the main type of body shape i want to get is not built but slim and main muscle biceps and abs etc. if there is any advice you can give me please do thanx!

running at least 3 kms daily ( early the morning)-burning fat
lift light weights only with max reps around 25 each set,and select weight accordingly------burning fat,good figure
increase protein intake,not fat-----good fig
before going to bed-take a bowl and put one hand full of soybean pulse and water and eat early in the morning as breakfast along with milk....the taste of soybean is not good but u have to do this.....good source of protein
A protien drink would help that builds muscle.. It has more vitamins and other muscle building additives to get that look you want... It will burn fat and build muscle where you want it..Check with your local health food store and they should have what you need.. Good luck...
