i just want to know...prefereble from people who lift weights and workout often...do you guys think it is better for me to workout in splits like im doing right now..mon:chest/tri tues:back/biceps wed:shoulders/neck/forearms and thurs:legs fri, sat and sun i do cardio. or do you recommend i do my workouts one muscle per day. ex:..mon:chest tues:triceps, wed:back.etc. Wich will give me maximum results?..Im 17, 5'7, 138lbs. I want to start putting on more muscle mass..build more muscle and try to lose body fat..ok thank you..i appreciate it

The way you are doing it is fine,
the only change I would make would be to do some core training mon. thru thurs. for about 15-20 min. after your workout.
another thing- if you are looking to gain weight, try to increase your calorie intake, and eat a TON of protein.. but you seem like you know what you are doing, so you probablly already knew that.
