Recurring testicular pain?

Question:

i sometimes get this pain (bout ery few months) in my testicle. wen the pain comes the vein of my testicle gets larger. the testes usually get more loose too. i dont think its a torsion since its happened more than once...wat else can it be? this usually happens either during arousal or after masturbation. the pain isnt severe...id say about mild-moderate. i jus want to no wat this is so plzzz help me out here.

Alright well from what your saying it sounds like a possible varicocele, epidydimel cyst, or spermatocele all of which are benign, and just are nuisances. It also sounds like you have a reactive hydrocele which would cause small amount of swelling.
The things I described above come from a blockage of sperm and it happens every once in a while and usually clears itself, probably about 5 - 8 % of the population has them.
Definitely not torsion, and cancer is always related to "rock hard" testicles

do u know how to give a testicular exam, cus if u don't u should go to a doctor... probably go no matter what... it might just be that the're sore from lack of air or chaffing or something but definately go to the doctor.
