In all the reviews I've read, expense is the sole drawback.
As far as working out, I'm not sure, but it stands to reason that working out would serve to maximize the pills' effects.
You're talking about a really expensive pill with no appetite suppresent. You are going to have to put the extra effort into working out more also.there are NO magic pill. I have not read any bad side effects on it yet, but that doesn't mean there are not.
