Is there any way to know if you're sterile without going to the doctor?

If you're really interested in finding out whether or not you're sterile, you shouldn't be afraid to go to the doctor. But one, your balls wouldn't hurt.. Semen is still ejaculated during any form of sexual activity when you're sterile, it's just that your little swimmers won't really.. swim. However, unless you are having unprotected sex with a woman, or are actually trying to have kids, you won't need to worry about sterility.
Again, there's no pain. This pain in balls could be something of a bigger problem, or maybe you're just jacking it too often.
Take a break, and if it still hurts like crazy, you should probably go see a doctor about that.
