Ethnic male face/shave care?

Question: i need to get my boyfriend a not too expensive priced razor.($60 if possible).i know NOTHING about men razors//he has ingrown hairs from his beard so i'm wondering which razor is better suited for this problem.thanks!

OK two choice,s hear one is a norrelco\or a brawn 3 head razor witch is going too run any where between $35 to $ 60.00 usd and at same time if you can find it some Remington face saver powder,s so he can get those,s ingrown hair,s \ or you can start looking around for depilatory cream,s for him too use personally id go with the depilatory cream if his face can stand it

a bic is fine babe...the best thing for ingrown hairs is a moisturizing acid solution with either glycolic acid (best) or fruit/milk acid( astringent like) then a thick layer of cream (NOT PETROLUEM) based hydrocortisone. AMAZING!even works for pube shaves like you would not believe! alot would like to believe a non irritating razor such as an electic one is preferred but men need to exfoliate even more than women...
