You shouldn't use anything other than lube made for sex.

well, it depends on what your lubricating...usually any brand of "lubrication" will list what it can be used for...for instance, WD30 is an all purpose lubricant.but you should read the warning labels too...eye skin irritation, etc...hope this helps.
Hand lotion, PAM cooking spray, Crisco, motor oil, peanut oil (unless you're alergic), canola oil, corn oil, cream cheese, shaving cream, small curd cottage cheese, cheese whiz, transmission fluid (as long as you wash it off right away), whipped eggs, whipping cream, jelly, jam, honey, molasses, mayonaise, miracle whip, mustard, ketchup (or catsup), barbeque sauce, steak sauce, marinade (don't leave this on too long), and creamy salad dressings. You should not use WD40 or any other industrial lubricant as suggested by other posters. This is especially true if you plan to oral or anal intercourse as they can be absorbed via the mucus lining and cause damage.
So, that leaves cooking lubricants and of these I would start with Olive Oil for its viscosity and taste if you plan on having oral sex. You could also use Crisco or any other solid vegetable shorting.
