First, you must realize that your stomach will never be flat until you lose weight in ALL areas. Maintaining a toned middle means developing good eating habits for life, stop crash dieting, exercise regularly and have tons of patience. *Crunches ALONE will NEVER get the job done.
Your body cannot just eliminate fat in one area. So if you are trying to crunch your way to a flatter stomach without exercising the rest of your body and reducing your fat intake, you'll never see results.
*Start by doing cardio exercises to get that heart rate up and boost your metabolism. A good fast-paced walk or jog three times per week is a great way to accomplish this.
Below is a sample workout that can be done to help give your metabolism a quick boost so you can burn calories.
1.) Perform 30 seconds of hard exercise (i.e. run in place as fast as you can)
2.) Perform 60 seconds of moderate exercise (i.e. a casual jog or brisk walk).
3.) Repeat this process 5-10 times.
4.) Cool down for 3-5 minutes

hm...you should focus on doing abdominal exercises, like sit-ups, curl-ups, and stomach-crunches. do the sit-ups with your arms crossed across your chest. do the curl-ups with your arms parallel to the ground, moving them toward your feet as you get up. do the stomach-crunches with your hands behind your head. you can research exact directions on how to complete these exercises on google. good luck with the girl, and i hope this helped!

Im 15 and I have a 6 pack. All you have to do is keep your body fat down. We all have six packs its just if you have big ones or small ones. Get a bench and try doing sit-ups while your legs are above you. 100 times a day will get you ripped.
like tha way u describe ur town lol just do vups thats wher u lay flat wit ur legs straight and arms also and just touch ur hands 2 ur legs 25 times and buy and exersise ball they work 2 and usually come with a workout routine u can but them at wal mart and just do crunches and hold ur legs in the air and touch ur feel (while there in tha air) wit ur hands
