Please HELP

Answers:
treadmill.
elliptical machine.
stepper.

sweat a lot.
All of them, you just need to beat the number of calories you intake.
treadmill
stair master
bicycle
these should make you sweat
anything to get your heart pumping.
The treadmill is the best way to go but you can also mix it up by running on an indoor track or even outdoor track. Using a stationary bike can also help!
run the track its more efficient...
just for cardio and calorie burning... my fav is the elliptical
Circular saw is the fastest.
Any cardio or aerobic conditioning machine is fine. Try to avoid high weights on weight machines as they will add bulk and muscle weighs more than fat.

I like the rowing machines, but that is personal preference, I sculled for my university. Stairs, bikes or ellipticals are very effective. Just make sure you keep at the cardio effects untill you have worked out for over 1/2 hour or you have maintained target heart rate over 10 minutes.
tread mill and ab workouts
Use cardiovascular equipment to burn calories, and weights to build muscle to make you burn calories faster.

Treadmill, cross-trainer, bike, stepper (steppers hurt!) - CV
All the cardio machines mate, they will help you shred body fat and get fitter, and the free weights and muscle machines will build and tone your muscles.
