ask her what the doctor tells her. it shouldn't be any problem.
maybe she was just working her muscles and stuff in her body too much. and got a little after pain. it can happen. it wont really happen much more unless shes really workin her stomach area.
She shouldn't be scared to have phone sex, she should be scared that her appendix may burst in the near future. If it's gonna happen, it won't be b/c she masturbated, it will be b/c it was swollen & then popped. But the higher blood pressure that you get when you have sex might have something to do with the pain. She really should get that looked at b/c I know what the appendix pain feels like & it is NOT a nice feeling.
While she may have expereinced some abdominal discomfort I would rule out it being any pain in the appendix since sex and appendix are not related.
Odds are that she was sitting in an uncomfortabe position when she was enjoying herself. Thsu the position and th eorgasm (assuming she reached that level) conflicted to cause abdominal discomfort. Try suggesting alternate postitions for her next time.
