Many cases of blood in the ejaculate are benign, but infection and prostate cancer would be some of the causes that would warrant attention.. if its not anything it will go away on its own many men have this after a long period of abstinance...if it doesnt go away hurry to the doctor they will give you a physical.. a rectal exam to test for prostate cancer and a urine analysis... you should be fine though

The truth is men don't bleed from their penis when they have an orgasm. Unless some tiny blood vessels have burst through lots of action. I would certainly be making an appointment to see the Dr if that were me.
