I am 16 years old and I am taking creatine to bulk up a little. I have been lifting weights for years. I do not feel comfortable with the instructions the creatine tub gave me. It said to take one scoop right after I work out and thats it. Is this the most effective method? Would it be safe to change the time of day I take it? I appreciate your answers.

Before or after your work out would be most effective. I prefer before or even during.
