try doing basic exercises like body weight squats, push ups, chinups, etc and when you get a good feel for the motions start using freeweights and do enough cardio to keep you heart in shape i like to ride the bicycle but find what cardio exercise is good for you and good luck .don't forget a healthy diet with enough water and right foods and not to much sweets.
Start jogging everyday.
you are only 14 now and you still have a lot to grow...

You are at the right age to benefit from Weight training; the yoga of Joe Wieder. The platform of muscle you build now will support you throughout life. Running will also help. The combination of developed short and long twitch muscle fibers you develop now will tend to remain even as you age and perhaps become a bit less active. Set your basic body structure now to be as you wish when you are older.
