The way you breath?? does it affect your performance by much??

Question:
I play soccer often...so i wonder how big is the difference if you play breathing with the mouth, or with your nose?? hehe.of course is better with your nose but i dont know how much difference there is...

Answers:
I've been playing soccer since I was 4 and am now 22. I've found that it's easier to breathe in through my nose and out through your mouth when exerting myself. Whether it's sprinting or endurance running, focusing on breathing helps me stay in the game all 90 minutes. Especially when you're not involved in the play (I'm a striker), keep your arms up to keep your lungs open (put your hands on your hips or on top of your head if you really want to open them up) and focus on breathing. The last thing you wanna do is hunch over. The next time you go running, try it out. Focusing on breathing also keeps your mind off the pain you feel from exertion.
Um, if you are constantly running and feel deprived of air in your lungs, breath through both, or put your hands/arms and put pressure on the back of the neck, so their can be a better flow of air through your windpipe, and into the lungs.
