How do i get my chest to firm up around the front area.?


Question:
I can get the sides of my chest firm by doing simple bench presses, but i have problems trying to get the nipple region hard. how can i do this?

Answers:
The exercise that has worked best for me is the bench press.But remember you want to exercise your entire body to get a good even developed body. You don't want one part of your body developed and the rest wimpy looking. Example if you want your biceps to look large then work just as hard on the triceps. Good triceps will make the biceps snap.
lift weights (free weights) as well
I don't think you can unless your a bodybuilder but they look too muscular, kind of gross.
Use the machine where you grab the two handles to your sides and place you forearm on the pad and then bring your elbows together. When I use that machine I feel the burn in the lower half of my chest. I hope my description was clear enough. I also heard inclined bench presses works a different part of your chest.
