Depends on the individual. Also takes time depending on your starting point - I mean what shape are you in to start with? Also depends what you mean by buff. I'd say it takes about three months of consistent work outs to get major progress. Then it's a life-long commitment to stay in shape.
it would take very long actualy because your not giving your body the rest it needs to let the muscles grow, only wrok out like 3-4 times a week and you will see yourslef growin much faster, owrking out every days is dumb because your not heling yourslef
