Why do you exercise 5 times a day? Exercising burns calories, which leads to weight loss. Weight training your total body once every 3 days should be more than enough to get you on your way. The best way to gain weight is to reduce the time you spend exercising and eat a lot, concentrating on healther/higher protein foods. To get good, even chest muscles, you need to make sure you focus on training your upper back muscles as well. Having a strong upper and middle back pulls your shoulders back and allows you to have a more natural looking physique.

i just drank alot of milk/ protien. i dont eat much meat, so... i drink milk alot.
get protien in you and work out for some time and in the next week or so, you may notice a difference
Start by not working out five times a day. Your body needs time for the muscle to recuperate or you will have no gains. Eat WAY more food. Beans, rice potatoes, meat, not weight gainers because they don't work. Stretching is vital too, not just to prevent injury and reduce pain later, but also to stretch the fascia that's surrounds the muscle and restricts its growth. Stretch right after your workout when you're still pumped for the best results because that will stretch the fascia out most. As for building the chest, the best way is to hit it from a variety of angles with both bunching and elongating movements. Since you are just starting, you will probably get gains immediately, but if not the way to do it is to have a press-like movement then a flye-like movement intermittently throughout the workout. Here's my current workout.

Narrow-Grip Bench Presses
Barbell Wide Grip Incline Presses,
Push-Ups Between Benches,
The pushups are done intermittently with the Incline presses. This may not be the best workout for you it's just an example. I also train Chest on a separate day from triceps, but you may chose to group them or group chest with another body part. I also do 20 minutes of cardio each day. Good luck. I used to be 140 and now I weigh 215. It took a while, but who's in a rush? I've got my whole life to workout and so do you.

To gain muscles (weight) you have to follow the "rules". first of all five times exercising a day is extremely harmful to your body (in the end of the day you just make your muscles powerful like Bruce lee but not making them BIG!). You have to recover your muscles. do exercise once a day "only" and rest the next day! so the muscles will recover and digest the previous exercise, which causes growing of muscles. A professional body builder exercises a day and rests for 2 days and so on... another important point to gain weight is to have enough resources! especially protein (meat, egg (white part) etc. and carbohydrates like pasta or bread.. protein for gaining muscles and carbohydrate for having energy while exercising! running out of energy while training is pretty danger because your body needs an urgent need of energy and in absence of hydro carbonate has to burn fat of your body (if you have) but the fat burning procedure is pretty slow and you will be feeling like knocked out! so consider both protein and carbohydrate too.
PS: DO NOT USE PROTEIN OR CARBOHYDRATE DIETS at the moment, do you them after 4 months.
