Increasing testosterone?

So I have been told working out the legs increases testosterone,but which leg exercises/workouts are most efficient for doing so,and how often should they be done to induce my body with some?

Working out will increase testosterone - not just on the legs. I think you were probably told that because the legs are the largest amount of lean-body mass we have in one-place and is therefore effective for working out with the purpose of hormonal stimulation.

I would recommend a lot of cardio and for weights, any exercise that requires a lot of effort. It doesn't matter if it's the exercise where you can do the most weight. It's all subjective, just push your body to it's limit (not beyond) and you'll stimuate the adrenal glands and the pituitary.
