If i lost 5 lbs would people notice the diffrence.?

I REALLY NEED HELP WITH MY WEIGHTLOST ROUTINE IS EVERY MORNING 30 MINUTES OF CARDIO AND 3 DAYS OF STRENGH TRAINING. CHEST/BICEPS
BACK/TRICEPS
SHOULDE/ABS FOR 45 MINUTES EVERYDAY
AND I EAT 1500 CALORIES A DAY AM I ON THE RIGHT ROAD?
AND ANY ADVICE AND DO YOU THINK IF I LOST 5 LBS WOULD PEOPLE NOTICE THE DIFFRENCE.

depends on ur weight u start off with, if your really obesse the notice might be smaller, also if your lean already the notice would be less. If your in the middle you should a change. But since your doing 3 days of strength training, you'll be gaining mass due to increase in muscle and the five lbs maybe less noticed or more noticed depending if you go for toning or mass building. It all depends on the person though. I change 5lbs every week, some weeks im more some im less and i personally never noticed a difference. The key is you acess your goals. DO you want to tone down and look lean or bulk up and get bigger. 5 lbs is good weight loss but dont be discouraged if you continue the workouts and gain weight bc u could just be putting on more muscle, which weighs more than fat. BUt overall it depends on your body and where you lose the 5lbs.

Just a tip, add a leg workout to your rountine, when lifting, its key to have strong legs bc it will also help you with your back workouts if your doing squats and lifts and it will help out your cardio workouts to be more effecient

Depends how big you are.
If you are like 300 pounds overweight and you loose 5 pounds only, it won't make any difference. But if you are within average weight, some people will notice.
